Ahead of the release of David Bowie 5. Brilliant Adventure (1999-2001) on November 26 via Parlophone Records/ISO Records, the late rocker’s team revisited his 1999 album “hours…” They shared an electronic press kit video of Bowie talking about how he wrote and produced the LP. In addition, there are updated videos of “Thursday’s Child” and “Survive”.

“hours…” has been remastered for its inclusion in the box set. David Bowie 5. Brilliant Adventure (1999-2001) will be available in 11CD or 18LP formats plus a standard digital download.

“The collection is named after the Koto led instrumental penultimate track from the ‘hours…’ album,” a statement on Bowie’s website reads.

The package will include newly remastered versions of his most underrated and experimental material plus input from the original producers and collaborators. The expanded live album BBC RADIO THEATRE, LONDON, JUNE 27, 2000 is also included along with a hardback book for both CD and LP packages.

Meanwhile, “Bowie 75” pop-up stores opened recently in New York and London to mark Bowie’s 75th birthday on January. Fans can purchase T-shirts, vinyl, CDs, posters, stickers, hoodies, and other merch. But these shops also serve as mini museums as visitors can watch videos, listen to immersive audio, and attend events.
