Dave Grohl is everywhere! The Foo Fighters singer was seen joining two other bands at Glastonbury 2023.

On the set of The Pretenders, singer Chrissie Hynde introduced Grohl to the crowd saying:

“Apparently, there’s a drunk hanging around backstage, we’ve asked security to get rid of him, but he’s a big guy and I don’t want any trouble. He insists on playing, so come on out, Dave Grohl.”

Grohl then came out onstage and sat behind the drum kit. He played the drums through the Pretenders’ hit “Tattooed Love Boys,” while Johnny Marr played guitar, it was also one of the six songs the band performed with The Smiths guitarist.

On that same weekend, Grohl was also seen appearing onstage with Guns N’ Roses for their set-closing performance of the classic “Paradise City.” It’s not the first time Grohl joined GNR for a surprise performance. Back in 2021, he also had a cameo with the band at BottleRock Napa Valley.

It seems that Grohl really just pops up everywhere with his fellow rockers. It can be remembered that at Glastonbury 2022, he also surprised the crowd when he came up onstage to join Paul McCartney and play the guitar and sing in their performance of “Band on the Run.”
