Munich, 2001
Still rocking well into their 60’s, Australia’s hometown heroes AC/DC are a force to be reckoned with – but none more than guitarist and legend Angus Young! When the band took the stage in Munich in 2001, Angus delighted the packed audience with what would become a 13-minute long guitar solo that served as a tremendous testament to the man’s skill, creativity, and endurance – seriously, I think the crowd got tired long before Angus did!
It’s no secret that Angus is a major highlight for AC/DC concertgoers who grew up listening to his signature chunky guitar sound created by his Gibson SG guitar, and always the consummate performer, you never want to take your eyes off of him.
Fun Fact: Angus stands at only 5’2″!
After watching this stellar performance of what is possibly the greatest solo of Angus’ entire career, if seeing AC/DC isn’t on your bucket list, it is now!
