Angus Young: “Music Is Probably My World.”
Will He Retire?
So if you ask him if he’s ready and willing to quit performing in front of thousands of fans, this will probably be his answer. Angus Young still isn’t sure about the future of AC/DC when their tour comes to an end but with Axl Rose vocally expressing his interest in remaining with the band after their 2016 shows end by saying, “I’m in if they want me in,” then we guess it’s now up to Angus.
Since bassist Cliff Williams has already announced his retirement after the tour, then Angus will be the only member from AC/DC’s original lineup. He’s always been passionate about his art and we can’t, at least not yet, imagine him putting down his guitar and relaxing at home. With so much boundless energy even at his age, we’re more than impressed. So what’s his secret? As he said, maybe it has something to do with luck:
” Sometimes I look and I feel [tired], and then, out of the blue, I play a bit of music and then I go, ‘Oooh. What am I doing?’ And I’ve moved from one end of the stage to the other.”
What do you think is it gonna be?
