AC/DC is officially back and louder than ever. The legendary rockers kicked off the North American leg of their 2025 “Power Up” tour on April 10 at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It’s their first major run of shows across the U.S. and Canada in nearly a decade—and fans are getting the full stadium experience coast to coast.

Rocking Stadiums from Coast to Coast

The band is performing in 13 stadiums this spring, wrapping things up on May 28 in Cleveland, Ohio, at Huntington Bank Field. Along the way, they’re lighting up some of the biggest and most iconic venues in North America. Joining AC/DC on this leg is The Pretty Reckless, who’ve been pumping up the crowd as the supporting act.

After the North American stretch, the tour heads back to Europe for 12 more shows across 10 countries, starting June 26 in Prague, Czech Republic. Highlights include their first-ever show in Estonia and a long-awaited return to Scotland for the first time in ten years.

A New Lineup and a Fresh Charge

The 2025 “Power Up” tour marks the second leg of AC/DC’s big return following their 2023 comeback at the Power Trip festival in Indio, California. They closed out the European leg with a massive 24th and final show at Dublin’s Croke Park on August 17, 2024.

Fans are seeing a new-look AC/DC this time around. The current lineup includes longtime frontman Brian Johnson and founding guitarist Angus Young, along with rhythm guitarist Stevie Young—who stepped in for the late Malcolm Young back in 2014. Drummer Matt Laug joined the band in 2023, replacing Phil Rudd, and bassist Chris Chaney, formerly of Jane’s Addiction, came aboard in 2024 to fill in for Cliff Williams. Williams had retired after the 2016 “Rock Or Bust” tour but briefly returned to help record 2020’s Power Up.

A Legacy That Still Shakes the Earth

AC/DC’s latest album, Power Up, released in November 2020, was recorded over six weeks at Warehouse Studios in Vancouver. Brendan O’Brien, who also worked on Black Ice and Rock Or Bust, returned to produce the record. It’s the first release since Johnson had to bow out of their 2016 tour due to hearing issues.
With over 200 million albums sold—including the legendary Back In Black, one of the best-selling albums of all time—AC/DC continues to prove that rock never dies.
