Wedding Bells Are Ringing For Guns N’ Roses Guitarist

2016 just gets better and better for Guns N’ Roses! As the year winds down to a close and LA’s finest revel in the success of their Not In This Lifetime… Tour and another busy year waiting for them in 2017, the celebrations continue as guitarist Richard Fortus tied the knot last weekend in St. Louis, Missouri.

Fortus, 50, married St. Louis lawyer Stephanie Howlett on December 10th at Basso restaurant in St. Louis, where over 25 of the couple’s closest friends came together to celebrate the joyous occasion; it’s not known if any of Fortus’ bandmates were able to attend the wedding, which in a surprise twist was paid for by Howlett’s boss as a gift to his good friend and co-worker.

In a year that’s seen entirely too much sadness, we’re ecstatic to see that people are still able to find love and joy and even better, that they’re willing to share a little of it with the rest of us. Congratulations, Richard and Stephanie!
