Check It Out

AC/DC blessed our eyes and ears with a series of new music videos from the tracks on their latest album “Power Up”. In early June, they dropped the MV for “Witch’s Spell”, and it basically showed everyone they can still out-rock the younger musicians even though they’re well in their 70s. They even launched a series of merchandise to mark its release, and it included crystal ball and tarot card designs.

More recently, they gave us a peek of the entire production of the MV with a 19-minute video titled “The Making of Witch’s Spell.” It featured animations by production company Wolf & Crow, and the band’s performance was shot by Clemens Habicht.

Watch the clip as members Angus Young, Brian Johnson, and Cliff Williams provided details on the MV.

“Angus and Malcolm had done riffs together all their life and really had a big box of them,” Johnson said in a 2020 interview. “And Angus said he basically just went through them all and he went, ‘Oh, that’s a good one. This is a good one,’ and he brought them out. So, it really is true that Malcolm is on [the album], basically in spirit and all of that.”
