Hot, Hot, Hot!

Y’all, guitar licks don’t get any hotter than this! Created by guitar maker Terry “Mojo” Johnson of The Swamp Drivers, this frying pan was turned into a 6-string guitar that plays like a dream and guys, believe us when we say it doesn’t get any better than this – until you hear Terry play it, of course.

There’s 5 minutes of shredding goodness to be watched as Terry serves up some seriously hot licks from the comfort of his living room during his impromptu jam of J.J. Cale’s “Cocaine,” intermingled with ultra fine picking accompanied by the butter smooth tone we’ve come to know and love since stumbling across the magic he worked with his Hog-o-Caster, the custom guitar crafted from Harley-Davidson parts.

Fun Fact: Eric Clapton popularized “Cocaine” and called it the “quite cleverly anti-cocaine” song.

If that’s not enough to sell you on it, swing by the video below this article to see Terry and his frying pan guitar in action; it doesn’t just play – with Terry working the strings this guitar downright sings and it’s something you definitely do not want to miss. Enjoy!
