There’s no argument that Stevie Nick’s voice is all time. She truly possesses one of the best voices in not only rock, but music as well. There’s no surprise why she’s cosidered rock’s “fairy godmother” or “queen.” With that being said, it’s almost impossible for others to capture the beauty of Stevie’s voice, however every now and then, you find someone with the rare talent to do so!

Katie Shorey teamed up with her friend Adam Stern, and the two pulled off a phenomenal and beautiful cover of Stevie Nicks and Don Henley‘s “Leather and Lace.” Both of their voices compliment each other so perfectly, if you close your eyes and just listen, you can hardly tell the difference between their cover and the original. Not only are their voices perfect, the ambiance and setting they are performing in perfectly sets the tone of the song as well! We’re positive Stevie and Don would be incredibly moved by this cover!

Written by Stevie Nicks, this song about a beautifully incongruent couple was inspired by her past relationships, notably with Henley and Lindsey Buckingham.
