October UK Dates Revealed

Steve Hackett has confirmed a Best of Genesis and Solo Gems tour across England and Scotland for October 2026. The run begins at Cambridge’s Corn Exchange and ends with a celebrated stop at London’s Royal Albert Hall. Fans can expect a setlist featuring classic Genesis material alongside highlights from Hackett’s solo career.

Tickets for the shows are already on sale, with full dates and details listed through Hackett’s official channels. The tour follows a busy year that includes a U.S. run, making these UK performances a highlight for long-time followers.

New Faces in the Touring Band

Alongside the tour news, Hackett announced changes to his touring lineup. Longtime keyboard player Roger King will leave after the upcoming U.S. dates. He will be replaced by Swedish keyboardist Lalle Larsson, known for his work with The Flower Kings, Karmakanic, and Agents of Mercy. German drummer Felix Lehrmann, also a veteran of The Flower Kings, will step in for Craig Blundell.

“The main thing is to keep a focus on the music which drives it all, but there will be some big changes in the band,” Hackett explained. “Both Craig and Roger are amazing musicians, and I know Lalle Larsson and Felix will be equally fantastic.”

Welcoming Talented Musicians

Hackett praised the incoming members, saying, “I’ve never worked with Lalle Larsson before but he’s completely brilliant and more than qualified for the job involving recreating Genesis circa 1971 to ’77. He’s a total virtuoso. We’ve already been working with Felix Lehrmann and listening to him with Jonas Reingold on bass is like a thousand iron girders coming at you at 100 mph!”

Larsson and Lehrmann join existing bandmates Jonas Reingold on bass, Nad Sylvan on vocals, and Rob Townshend on saxophone, flutes, and additional keyboards. “I have some extraordinary performers in the band,” Hackett added. “These guys are all incredible professionals.”
