Rolling Stones Drummer Charlie Watts Dies at 80

Sad news comes from the one of the most legendary rock bands of all time. Charlie Watts, drummer of the Rolling Stones, has passed away.
‘It is with immense sadness that we announce the death of our beloved Charlie Watts.
‘He passed away peacefully in a London hospital earlier today surrounded by his family. – Publicist Bernard Doherty
This comes just weeks after an emergency surgery Watts had undergone and had to be pulled from the tour.
Watts has been with the band since 1963.
The band had originally planned to continue the US tour in September.
