Celebrating a Classic Album

Pink Floyd will mark the 50th anniversary of Wish You Were Here with a wide-ranging box set arriving on December 12, 2025 through Sony Music. The release highlights the creative spirit behind the band’s eighth studio album and invites listeners to explore material that has remained unheard for decades.

The anniversary package offers six unreleased songs, rare studio cuts, and restored live recordings. Fans will be able to choose from three LPs, two CDs, a Blu-ray edition, a digital release, or a deluxe box. The digital set also carries a new Dolby Atmos mix by longtime Pink Floyd engineer James Guthrie. Alongside the six unheard tracks are 25 bonus recordings: nine rare studio takes and sixteen live performances captured at the Los Angeles Sports Arena in 1975 by noted taper Mike Millard, now officially released for the first time and remastered by producer Steven Wilson.
