The upcoming BBC reality series Home to Roost starting the Black Sabbath singer, Ozzy Osbourne, is yet to be released. However, the Prince of Darkness admitted in an interview that returning to TV makes him “deeply nervous.”

This upcoming 10-part reality show will focus on Osbourne and his family as they settle back into life in rural Buckinghamshire, England. In 2002, the family had the same reality show, The Osbournes, which featured the rocker’s family and it unexpectedly became one of the network’s most successful programs.

Clearly, the whole family is not new to this kind of situation wherein cameras are placed everywhere and watching every step they take. But in the present time, Ozzy had set some conditions for this upcoming reality show. Initially, Ozzy disliked the idea of allowing TV cameras back into the family’s personal lives, however, his wife Sharon, persuaded him and assured him that “it is only for a bit.”

Meanwhile, speaking of his own music career, Ozzy shared that he’s still hoping to perform onstage soon despite his ongoing health complications. He stated:

“I still have a lot in the tank. I’m determined to get back on the stage again.

“I’m still in recovery, and I have a goal. And my goal is to get back on stage. It’s the driving force in me. I miss my audience. I miss doing gigs. I miss my crew. I miss my band. I miss the whole thing.”
