Ozzy Osbourne is getting ready for what he says will be his final performance—and he’s hoping it includes a very special reunion. In a recent interview with MOJO, the Prince of Darkness shared that he wants original Black Sabbath drummer Bill Ward to be part of the big farewell.

“It’s very important that Bill is a part of this show,” Osbourne said. “My career started with Bill, and I’d really like to finish with Bill by my side.”

For Ozzy, this isn’t just about putting on a great concert—it’s about closing the book with the people who helped write the first chapter. The emotional weight of the moment isn’t lost on him.

“I’m Done, Done, Done!”

When asked if this would truly be his last performance, Ozzy didn’t hesitate. “After this show, I’m going home, closing the door and will look back upon the great career I’ve had,” he continued. “But I’m done, done, done! You gotta know when to call it quits.”

This show is meant to be a grand send-off for both Ozzy and the original Black Sabbath lineup, giving fans a historic moment to remember.

Back to Where It All Began

Titled Back to the Beginning, the final show is set for July 5 at Villa Park in Birmingham, England—Black Sabbath’s hometown. According to Ozzy.com, this will be the first time in two decades that Ozzy, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, and Bill Ward will share the stage again. Proceeds will go to Cure Parkinson’s, Birmingham Children’s Hospital, and Acorn Children’s Hospice.

Louder Sound confirmed Ozzy will also play a short solo set, which includes hits like “No More Tears” and “Flying High Again,” as revealed by supporting act Sammy Hagar.

Despite facing health issues, Ozzy isn’t backing down. Parade reported he’s working with a personal trainer to build up strength for the big night.

“By hook or by crook, I’m gonna make it there,” Osbourne stated, showing just how determined he is to give fans one last unforgettable show.
