A Farewell Performance
Ozzy Osbourne took the stage for his final solo performance at the Back to the Beginning concert on July 5, 2025. Backed by familiar bandmates, he delivered a five-song set filled with emotion and power.
Joining Ozzy on stage were drummer Tommy Clufetos, guitarist Zakk Wylde, keyboardist Adam Wakeman, and bassist Mike Inez. Seated in a large throne topped with a bat figure, Ozzy appeared ready to give it everything one last time.
Opening with His Roots
The show began with “I Don’t Know,” the opening track from his first solo album Blizzard of Ozz. It was a strong and fitting way to start, as it set the tone for the rest of the performance. The energy in the crowd built quickly as Ozzy moved into two more songs from that same album.
He followed up with “Mr. Crowley” and “Suicide Solution,” both delivered with passion and energy. Even seated, Ozzy’s voice stayed strong, and the crowd responded with loud cheers.
Emotions and Gratitude
Before the next song, Ozzy took a moment to speak to the audience. His voice broke slightly as he thanked the fans. The emotion was clear, but he didn’t let it slow him down. Without missing a beat, he went into “Mama I’m Coming Home,” a fan favorite from his No More Tears album.
The entire stadium joined in, singing along. The song felt personal, and it added a deep emotional moment to the set. Ozzy looked out over the crowd, clearly moved by the reaction.

As the final chorus ended, confetti cannons fired, covering the audience in celebration. Ozzy’s final set may have been short, but every song mattered.
