Matthew Perry’s financial details at the time of his death have been disclosed in a recent document, shedding light on his estate’s worth. According to PEOPLE Magazine, an inventory and appraisal document filed by Lisa Ferguson, trustee of Perry’s estate, revealed that the actor’s wealth totaled over $1.6 million (P93.9 million).

Submitted on July 2, the document likely represents only a portion of Perry’s assets, as it excludes potentially significant holdings. Most of Perry’s possessions were placed in the Alvy Singer Living Trust, as outlined in his will. Named beneficiaries included his father, John Perry, mother Suzanne Morrison, half-sister Caitlin Morrison, and his former partner Rachel Dunn. However, the specific contents and values of Perry’s assets have not been publicly disclosed.

In addition to the trust, Perry had amassed over $1 million (approximately P58.8 million) in personal property, separate from what was included in the trust and managed by Ferguson and co-executor Robin Ruzan.

Matthew Perry, who was famous for his role as Chandler Bing on the iconic sitcom Friends, tragically passed away at the age of 54. His death occurred after he was found unresponsive in the pool of his Los Angeles residence in October 2023. An autopsy confirmed that the cause of death was attributed to “the acute effects of ketamine,” a controlled substance that Perry had been using as part of supervised therapy to manage addiction recovery.

The television actor had previously undergone multiple surgeries in 2018 to address complications related to drug use, including a burst colon. Despite these challenges, he reportedly maintained sobriety for 19 months leading up to his passing.

Ongoing management of Perry’s estate and legal proceedings regarding his assets are now in place.

Beyond his television career, Perry’s legacy continues to be remembered, reflecting both his professional accomplishments and personal struggles.
