Southern rock legends Lynyrd Skynyrd have released a new video for their classic hit “Gimme Three Steps.” The footage comes from the band’s 50th anniversary concert at Nashville’s historic Ryman Auditorium, part of their live album and DVD Celebrating 50 Years – Live At The Ryman, now available through Frontiers Music Srl.
The concert, filmed in November 2022, holds special meaning for fans. It features guitarist Gary Rossington, the last founding member of the band, who passed away less than five months later. Rossington’s presence at the show gives the performance added weight as the group plays one of their earliest favorites.
