I have to say, I’m pretty excited to see where this young lady’s talent takes her – she’s an absolute dynamo! At 10 years old, Japanese guitar prodigy Li-sa-X is making quite a fuss with her YouTube videos, featuring her shredding whatever progressive rock song she’s into at the moment. In this particular video, Li-sa shreds ‘Aviator’ by Texas rockers Polyphia, known for their intricate guitar work reminiscent of something Rush’s Alex Lifeson would have written.
Li-sa absolutely nails this song (she even earned a shoutout from the band themselves!) but at heart, she’s a normal 10 year old girl that really loves playing the guitar. Just look at that smile!
