In a rocking segment of The Tonight Show, First Drafts of Rock, Kevin Bacon and Jimmy Fallon gave an outstanding performance doing a rendition of classic “Head Over Heels” by Tears for Fears.

The segment was meant to be a parody of various bands, but Bacon and Fallon’s vocals were impressively good that the viewers just simply enjoy their every performance. Many people who got to see the video even compared Bacon’s singing to the late icon, David Bowie. Here are some of their comments:

“Like someone said earlier, Kevin sounds just like David Bowie!! So impressively cool. Just phenomenally good (and funny) all the way around! Jimmy IS a musician/singer extraordinaire.”

“Bacon could actually play Bowie in a biopic! Voice, cheekbones and all”

“Kevin Bacon can sing! Sounds like David Bowie.”

“They need to do another first draft skit where Kevin bacon is David Bowie. whether they do under pressure where Jimmy is Freddie or dancing in the street where Jimmy is Mick. it would be so great!”

Other classic rock songs the duo did together for the segment, includes “Fun, Fun, Fun” by The Beach Boys, “Should I Stay or Should I Go” by The Clash, “Free Fallin'” by Tom Petty, “Legs” by ZZ Top, “Ramblin’ Man” by The Allman Brothers Band, and “Lola” by The Kinks.
