According to the Wall Street Journal, Jon Bon Jovi is listing his luxury suburban house-sized Manhattan pied-à-terre on the market for $22 million.

The four-bedroom home that is almost 4,000 square feet, sits on a high floor of The Greenwich Lane, a multi-building complex that takes up nearly an entire city block in the heart of the West Village. It has panoramic views of Downtown Manhattan and direct elevator access.

Listing agents Compass describe the grand condo as:

“One of the most desired of all Manhattan’s fine addresses, featuring a full suite of services and amenities including a 24-hour concierge, access to The Greenwich Lanes state-of-the-art fitness center, including a 75-foot swimming pool, whirlpool, steam rooms, golf simulator and treatment rooms… There is also a central garden and reflecting pool, residents’ lounge, dining room with chef’s kitchen, a luxurious 21-seat screening room.”

The Greenwich Lane offers its many elite residents, who include fashion legend Michael Kors, shoe tycoon Tamara Mellon, and former Starbucks CEO and executive chairman Howard Schultz.

Bon Jovi previously owned another West Village condo, which he acquired in 2015 for $12.88 million, extensively renovated and sold in 2018 for $15 million. He still owns a 1.5-acre estate along one of the most exclusive streets in the Hamptons, as well as an impressive chateau-style riverside mansion in Middletown, N.J., that he unsuccessfully tried to sell in 2020 at $20 million.

Now, the Rock and Roll famer is settled into his $43 million oceanfront mansion in Palm Beach he bought almost two years ago.
