If there’s any rock legend one should take advice from, it’s Jimmy Page. Throughout the entirety of his career, Page has dominated as a guitar player, but has also been extremely humble! He knows how to handle the fame, and he knows how to make brilliant music!
Page conducted a red carpet interview at the Brit Awards back in 2015. During the interview, he was asked about what would be the best piece of advice for any up and coming musician. He gave a simple answer.
“Believe in yourself. When you’ve got something that you know is individual to yourself, just encourage that, nurture it. Because that’s what’s going to make you shine at the end of the day.”– Page said.
There you have it. The man who has written some of the greatest songs and riffs in rock history has that simple piece of advice to offer. Even though it’s a simple answer, he’s right! You have to believe in yourself and keep pursuing your dreams. If you know you have a talent, or a special act for something, you have to keep going with it no matter what!
