It really is a shame that Gerry was such a private man; to see live footage of this performance would have pretty much completed our lives but oh well, we found this rare, live audio of his hit “Right Down The Line.” Performing the song at the Music Hall in Hamburg, Germany in 1993, Rafferty is on a different level in this particular recording compared to most- it’s beautiful.

Written for and to the woman that has stuck by Gerry’s side throughout his roller coaster ride of fame and fortune, “Right Down The Line” is one of the most beautiful and under appreciated love songs of the ’70’s.
