The Eagles have extended their Long Goodbye tour until March 16 2024 by adding seven additional concerts.

The tour’s last show was originally scheduled for March 13 in Toronto. More dates have been added, and Charlotte, North Carolina will now host the final performance.

The tour is anticipated to continue into 2024, with more dates expected to be added later, concluding in 2025. Don Henley, Joe Walsh, Timothy B. Schmit, Vince Gill, and Deacon Frey aim to meet the audience demand by performing in each market, as stated in a press release. The entire lineup of currently scheduled shows can be found below.

The opening act for these rescheduled performances is scheduled to be Steely Dan, who was initially forced to cancel some recent shows because of Donald Fagen’s sickness.

Where Will the Eagles Perform in 2024?

The performances are scheduled in Palm Springs, California; St. Louis, Missouri; Omaha, Nebraska; Tulsa, Oklahoma; New Orleans, Orlando, and Charlotte, among other cities. The band’s Tuesday engagement in the city will be followed by an encore performance on March 16 in Charlotte.

The band expressed gratitude for their 52-year journey, acknowledging the support of their management team, road crew, and backup musicians. The Eagles announced plans for an official farewell tour in the works, with scheduling details to be released as dates are confirmed. They aim to accommodate their fans by potentially returning to certain cities based on demand.

Eagles also extended appreciation to their fans on social media:

“At the end of the day, you are the reason we have been able to carry on for over five decades. This is our swan song, but the music goes on and on.”
