Following the death of rock legend Ozzy Osbourne in July, the Osbourne family was flooded with messages of sympathy and support from around the world — including one from former U.S. President Donald Trump.

On a recent episode of The Osbournes Podcast, Jack Osbourne shared the voicemail Trump had left for his mother, Sharon Osbourne.

Donald Trump’s Voicemail to Sharon Osbourne

In his message, Trump offered heartfelt condolences:

“Hi Sharon, it’s Donald Trump. I just wanted to send you and the family my best. Ozzy was incredible — such a unique and talented guy. I met him a few times and always admired him. I know how close you were, and this must be tough. Take care of yourself and say hello to the family. If there’s anything I can do, let me know. Thanks, bye.”

The Osbournes’ Reaction

Both Jack and Sharon reacted warmly to Trump’s gesture during the podcast.

“Love him or hate him, he didn’t have to call and leave a message,” Jack remarked.

Sharon, who appeared on Trump’s Celebrity Apprentice in 2010, shared her appreciation for his kindness:

“When it comes to politics, nobody ever wins,” she said. “All I can speak to is the man I worked with — someone who was respectful, thoughtful, and genuinely interested in my family. He always asked about Kelly and Jack and treated us with nothing but respect.

“I’m not American and don’t vote, but I can say this — both he and Melania have always been kind to us, and his taking the time to reach out means a lot. He’s aware of what’s happening in the world, and I respect that.”

A Message from King Charles III

The Osbournes also received a personal message from King Charles III, which Sharon spoke about with deep gratitude.

“He has such a kind heart,” she said. “Over the years, he’s shown real care — sending well wishes when Ozzy had his motorbike accident, and now again with a handwritten note of condolence. That says so much about the man. We’ve always respected the royal family, and this gesture only strengthened that.”
