It’s A “Dream Come True” For The Band
As live music slowly comes back, another rock act has announced rescheduled tour dates – the Black Crowes. They’re embarking on their “Shake Your Money Maker” trek this summer to celebrate the 30th anniversary of their debut album – it was supposedly scheduled in 2020 but the pandemic has derailed their plans, forcing them to move the shows a year later.
It will kick off with a pair of concerts on July 20 and July 21 at the Ascend Amphitheatre in Nashville, TN and wrap up on September 25 at Bethel Woods in Bethel, NY.
Additionally, blues rock outfit Dirty Honey will be their main support.
“The Black Crowes are one of my all-time favorite bands, period,” Dirty Honey frontman Marc LaBelle said. “I grew up listening to them in my stepbrother’s car, so to now be opening the show on their ‘Shake Your Money Maker Tour,’ truly is a dream come true.”
“We’re all so excited to play shows again, share some music with the world, see some fans, and find out how well we can play our new music,” he added. “And that we’re going on tour with The Black Crowes is just beyond amazing… we really can’t wait.”
