The Return to the Stage
After a four-year break, Bon Jovi is set to return to the stage for a small series of shows in 2026. The band announced a limited run of concerts, including four nights at Madison Square Garden in New York City on July 7, 9, 12, and 14. These will be the group’s first performances since 2022, when frontman Jon Bon Jovi faced vocal issues that forced the band to take a break from touring.
“There is a lot of joy in this announcement,” Bon Jovi said in a statement Wednesday. “Joy that we can share these nights together with our amazing fans and joy that the band can be together. I am lucky enough to be able to hold a light out to the audience each night and stand in their reflection for a tremendous collective experience – I get to stand in the WE of our concerts.”
He also shared how thankful he was for the fans’ support and patience during his recovery, adding, “And I’ve spoken extensively on my gratitude but I will say it again, I’m deeply grateful that the fans and the brotherhood of this band have been patient and allowed me the time needed to get healthy and prepare for touring. I’m ready and excited!”

Ticket Information and Fan Access
Tickets for Bon Jovi’s New York City shows will go on sale to the public on Friday, October 31, at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster. Fans can also register for an artist presale at bonjovi.com for early access.
Because of strong fan demand, tickets are expected to sell quickly. For those who miss the initial sale, options like Vivid Seats, SeatGeek, and StubHub may offer resale tickets. Prices have not been announced yet, but they are likely to be lower than the cost of Bon Jovi’s private show in June 2024, which was part of a Runaway Tours package priced at $1,750 per person. That performance marked Jon Bon Jovi’s first live appearance since his vocal cord surgery in 2022.
A Rock Legacy Continues
Bon Jovi, members of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, are celebrated for classics like “Livin’ on a Prayer,” “You Give Love a Bad Name,” “Wanted Dead or Alive,” and “Bad Medicine.” The band released a new album, Forever, in 2024 and even performed a surprise concert in Nashville to celebrate its release.
Jon Bon Jovi’s son, Jake Bongiovi, who recently married Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown, is a Syracuse University alumnus.
