AC/DC Official

I’m beginning to think AC/DC has more energy every time they perform

Did you know T.N.T. was one of the first singles Bon Scott had sang for AC/DC after former singer, Dave Evans, didn’t show up for a gig? What a way to be replaced!

The song was written by Bon Scott, Angus Young and Malcolm Young. It reached number 11 on the Australian Kent Music Report Singles Chart. T.N.T has become a staple in AC/DC’s live shows. They are insanely talented at writing these anthem-like melodies and lyrics. The energy on their studio recordings are almost as powerful as their live show, and this is no coincidence!

AC/DC found a good way to capture the energy of their live shows for the High Voltage album: they went into the studio and recorded right after gigs. The result was a very raw, but energetic sound.

The energy in the video encompasses everything you’d see at an AC/DC concert. Incredible presence, crowds shouting along, and fist held in the air. Loving this!
