Looks Like Styx Need To Be More Careful With Their Drumstyx!

For several years now, the legendary rock band Styx have been selling out arenas and putting on clinics like only they can. Styx are a full-fledge ensemble of master musicians and they consistently channel their excellence into the band thus creating the classic music that we love today.

The same could be said about their live shows. They are exciting, fun, and chances are that a band member will toss you a free gift. That sounds fun and all, but at one such show in Atlanta, GA, it all went badly.

At this show, like he always does, drummer Todd Sucherman threw some of his extra drum sticks into the crowd. Unfortunately, one of those sticks happened to strike a fan right in the face, and now she’s taking legal action!

Lori Fredrick is suing drummer Todd Sucherman as a result of bodily scarring and ‘loss of enjoyment’. She also claims that her clothes were bloodied and wasn’t able to register for The Peachtree Road Race in Atlanta.

Just how much she is suing is not yet known. It is likely that she’ll be suing for medical damage and/or damages to personal property.
