This Cow Looks Startlingly Like Gene Simmons, And The Internet Is Freaking Out

KISS lunchboxes, KISS coffins, KISS pinball machines and now…KISS cows? Gene Simmons is making headlines this week after a Texas rancher snapped a picture of a newborn calf that looks remarkably like Simmons, immediately sharing it to a local tourism board’s Facebook page where in just a few days’ time it amassed several hundred views.

The calf, appropriately named Genie, was born with a predominantly white face and black markings that look like Simmons’ trademark stage makeup; she’s even got the tongue! In fact, the resemblance between Genie and her namesake is so uncanny that all the commotion caused ultimately attracted the attention of KISS, who shared one of the many articles dominating social media this week:

There’s no need to worry about Genie’s fate; the ranchers who own her vowed not to eat their new leading lady, promising that the only role she’ll have at the Cowboy Steak House in Kerrville, Texas is their seriously adorable mascot.
