Debut Single From Band’s Upcoming Album, We’re All Alright
In a year that’s seen all too many of our rock idols leave us, Rock and Roll Hall of Famers Cheap Trick show no signs of slowing down – in fact, they’re just getting started. Just one year after the release of Bang, Zoom, Crazy…Hello, the Illinois rockers are gearing up for the release of We’re All Alright!, their eighteenth studio album to date and the second under Big Machine Records.
A gorgeous 10 song foray into everything we’ve ever loved about Cheap Trick (13 if you snag the deluxe edition), We’re All Alright! is home to “Long Time Coming,” the first single off of the album and guys, we’re not kidding when we say we absolutely could not stop hitting that ‘repeat’ button – this song is too good for words!

Boasting crunchy guitars and a searing vocal performance from frontman Robin Zander, “Long Time Coming” is a love letter to the classic rock bands of old; from Slade and MC5 to AC/DC and Aerosmith, “Long Time Coming” finds Robin, Rick, Tom, and Daxx exploring the sounds and textures that built the bands they love, spinning them into gold as a one song tribute that future generations will no doubt look to as yet another stellar example of Cheap Trick’s remarkable ability to seamlessly blend rock with elements of pop, punk, and even metal to create a brand of rock and roll strictly their own.
Slated for a June 16 release date, We’re All Alright! will be available for pre-order starting May 5 with exclusive can’t miss bundle opportunities available – so mark your calendars and get ready for the hottest summer on record, this is something you definitely do not want to miss!
