Oh Boy. He Does It Again!

If you think you’ve seen every trick there is in Rob Scallon’s book, then you might want to think again. This guy is constantly giving us mind-blowing covers. It’s actually surprising to see him play a normal guitar. Anyway, remember MAY-TALLICA? He used banjo for ‘Master of Puppets’ and ukulele for ‘Blackened.’ But apparently, those are not enough. So how did he upstage his past performances?

He covered Megadeth’s Holy Wars with… wait for it… A SHOVEL. It’s a fretless shovel but a shovel nonetheless. It’s stuff like this that makes me believe how unfair some things are — there are those who struggle playing on guitar (namely ME) then there’s Rob Scallon. Yeah, he can make anything into an instrument, I don’t doubt that. I guess it’s so fun to jam with him but I’d have to bring an axe because you know, guitar=axe. Get it? Ha!
