I think it’s fair to state that kids these have generally become desensitized to music from back in the day. The music that us older folks considered heavy metal way back when may not be seen as heavy by these kids who grow up listening to today’s metal.

It’s difficult to introduce today’s younger generation to the bands. It’s not impossible, but it’s difficult.
