Guns ‘n Roses Hits Brisbane For The Very First Time
And the crowd went wild.
If there’s anything we can learn from Axl Rose, it’s that the best response to haters is to prove them wrong every single time. For those who have seen recent performances from Guns ‘n Roses, they all thought the same thing: it was worth the wait. This week, they kicked off their ‘Not In This Lifetime’ Australian Tour in a sold out show in Brisbane – it was the first time they ever played there. 40,000 enthusiastic fans (judging by their screams and deafening roar) went crazy when the legendary band started playing some of their classic hits. The line up included Axl Rose, Slash, Duff McKagan and Dizzy Reed.
So how was their performance? Well to say that they didn’t disappoint would be an understatement. They totally rocked it and it was clear to everyone that these boys still had it. Whatever doubts anyone had, they sure laid it to rest.
GOOD F’N NIGHT BRISBANE!
