If you’re worried about Brian Johnson staying busy after leaving AC/DC, don’t; he’s doing just fine, and this video proves it. Johnson, 70, was spotted in Maui this week hanging out at Fleetwood’s On Front Street, a restaurant owned by Mick Fleetwood (yes, that Mick Fleetwood). He wasn’t just there to dine and dash, though – not by a long shot!

One lucky fan managed to catch a glimpse of what Johnson’s been up to in the two years since leaving AC/DC, filming him as he hit the stage with Fleetwood for a rousing rendition of “(Get Your Kicks On) Route 66” and surprising an audience full of fans who’d only expected to see Mick.

Though you’ll likely never see him with AC/DC again, this is a pretty good indication of where Brian’s headed these days. The last two years have been well spent in the studio with friends and have even included a few brief live performances like this, as if to remind us that he’s still here and doesn’t plan on going anywhere, any time soon.
