It’s been an emotional end to the year, and it’s only going to get more emotional with the news that broke about George’s funeral.
It was just announced that George’s great friend Sir Elton John will perform his funeral, and will play a song that George absolutley loved. Elton will perform “Don’t Let The Sun Go Down On Me,” a song that George regularly performed at his concerts, and even brought up Elton up on stage with him a few times. Later on in 1991, the two actually ended up recording a version of the song as a duet together!
