When the news of legendary drummer Sib Hashian’s passing broke, it sent a shockwave of sadness throughout the rock and roll community. As the longtime drummer for legendary rock band Boston, Sib Hashian was a pillar to rock music, and though he is not with us in physical form any more, his legacy will live on forever!
Here’s what you may not have ever known. Sib Hashian’s daughter Lauren Hashian is actually in a relationship with A-list celebrity Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson. Which is crucial to this story.
It’s really hard to think of anybody that wasn’t affected by Sib Hashian’s passing. He was truly one of the most beloved and iconic rock drummers of all time. One person person took to social media to pay tribute, and that person was the aforementioned Dwayne Johnson.
In a touching show of love towards his memory, Dwayne Johnson paid tribute in possibly the classiest way anyone could. It’s clear from this Instagram post that the two were very close. It’s also been reported that Dwayne has canceled all of his upcoming events to help his grieving girlfriend Lauren through this sad time. You can see the touching tribute below.
