Leighton Meester shine in Fleetwood Mac rendition

I am absolutely loving this cover of “Dreams” by Leighton Meester and Dana Williams.

Up until a couple years ago, I had NO idea that Leighton could sing. I had seen her in a bunch of television shows and movies, but never expected this beautiful voice to come out of her. It’s as if she kept it hidden for years! I’m sure glad she finally let the cat out of the bag!

Meester has ventured into music. She released two singles, recorded songs for various soundtracks and collaborated with several artists, being notably featured on Cobra Starship’s “Good Girls Go Bad“. Her musical style has since shifted from pop to folk. In 2012, she embarked on a mini tour with folk band Check in the Dark, whom she had been working with since 2010, and released her debut studio album, Heartstrings, in 2014.
