Gotta love her optimism and strength! Imagine the kind of surprise that awaited her when she woke up — not a tumor but an embryonic twin! All those years and she only found out. That must have been quite a shock although she handled the news really well.

Anyway, let’s also appreciate the giant leap science has made — just look at the technology used to find out what was really wrong inside her brain. It was minimally invasive — no more hours of major surgeries which can also have several post-operative complications.
