It’s a nice day to start again!

The Late Late Show with James Corden always seems to bring out some of the best talent, and have some of the best appearances among all late night talk shows. James is a great interview, and he loves bringing on talent that he personally loves rather than people that will just get ratings.

This week James had one of his favorite artists, Billy Idol on the show to treat his audience to a gritty performance of “White Wedding.” It’s hard to believe that Billy is 61 years old, and still rockin’ like he did when he was younger! Not only that, he looks so young, and his voice and style hasn’t changed one bit. It’s a good old classic Billy Idol performance, and “White Wedding” still holds up as one of the best rock anthems of all time!

Fun Fact: A key element to this song is the quick little guitar riff that starts it. Idol and his guitarist, Steve Stevens, liked to have a distinctive guitar part to open the songs – they thought of it like a flag harkening its arrival. This song is very anti-marriage song, and yet many people have it played at their weddings simply because it mentions a wedding.
