Sydney Entertainment Center 2004

It was a hot night in February 2004 when Grammy-award winning recording artist Meat Loaf took to the stage at the Sydney Entertainment Center as part of The Last World Tour. It was on this night that Meat Loaf and his band performed a setlist comprised of various songs from his many works.

One thing that made this particular concert unique was the fact that Meat Loaf performed “For Crying Out Loud” for the first time in 25 years. In this concert, he stated that he felt very nervous but then thought ‘what the hell’ and decided to perform the song anyway.

He also said that if were to forget the words, sing flat, or sing off tempo among other things, the audience essentially had two options. They could either say ‘screw you’ or say ‘he gave it a good try’.

Not to spoil anything, but as you would suspect, Meat Loaf delivers a performance of this classic song that is truly top-notch. Meat Loaf and his band have this crowd engaged from start to finish and when they finish the song the crowd is left in amazement of what they just saw – see for yourself!

Meat Loaf’s latest album ‘Braver Than We Are’ is available now on Itunes, Amazon, and Google Play for Android users. Get it now!
