Broken Arm? What Broken Arm?

At 10 years old, Avery Molek knows more about passion and perseverance than most adults. Sporting his second broken arm of the year due to giving his time on the basketball court nothing short of his 100% best, our favorite drummer’s not about to be sidelined by his super cool pink cast – in fact, Avery’s making the best of a bad situation by smiling through it and getting back behind his kit, this time rocking us with a seriously killer take on AC/DC’s “Back In Black”.

Avery’s cover goes off without a hitch, but as wise as he is fiercely talented, he makes no secret about the biggest challenge that comes with drumming with only one hand:

“Doing this song did teach me that YOU CAN’T do flams with ONE HAND! LOL!!”

As always, the challenges faced by Avery in his “Back In Black” cover prove to be no match for his determination and dedication to his craft because once the song itself wraps, he manages to deliver an awesome little drum solo complete with stick flipping and singing, reminding us that there’s nothing on earth able to stop Avery from rocking. Check out Avery’s cover in the video below and join us in wishing him a speedy recovery – get well soon, buddy!
