This “Rude Mood” cover sure puts us in a good mood!

This Grammy-nominated rock instrumental song is one of Stevie Ray Vaughan‘s most popular signature guitar riffs. 13-year old Jack Gaughan seems to be practicing his instrument very diligently as he absolutely crushes the 1983 blues shuffle on his guitar.

This is a difficult song to master at best, usually played at a challenging 264 beats per minute. With Stevie Ray Vaughan’s tricky licks, learning this song is not an easy ride. Young Jack surely admits learning SRV is not a quick walk in a park saying,

“…Stevie songs are worth spending time on”

The Canada native already shows maturity in his skills at such a young age, just imagine how much better he will be with time.

It’s good to know there are young musicians out there keeping Stevie Ray Vaughan’s and Double Trouble ‘s music alive. Stevie would’ve given this kid his nod of approval.
